Kids Helpline’s goal is prevention, support and inspiration for young people. Their website is very easy to navigate, friendly, colourful, and tailored to suit anyone. If you have kids it might even be a great idea to see what’s available, to handle those tricky parenting topics and situations.

Mental health issues are becoming more and more common today, which is why COPMI exists to support children with a loved one battling a mental illness. They also support parents who are battling mental illness.
